Hotel Review - The hotel and staff were exceptional. This is a truly excellent hotel

The attention to detail was exceptional. The level of service was excellent in every way. We were greeted with champagne, fruit and the famous sacher torte on arrival. The consierge, maitre d’ and bar staff were attentive and anxious to provide for all your needs. This was a short break as part of a longer trip to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary involving trips through 5 countries. It is however the place were are planning to go back to ... soon!

Hotel Review - Brillant location and fantastic hotel

The hotel was fantastic!! The location was perfect, set in the Rosarium, we could look at at the beautiful flowers everyday whilst eating breakfast on the terrace. The town centre is 5-10 minutes walking distance from the hotel, with plenty of cafes and restaurants.Another great asset, was the spa, it has 2 types of saunas and a Turkish Steam room, different types of showers and a cool relax area where you can make yourself a cup of tea or have a glass of water and chill out. Our room was gorgeous with a big comfy bed, wooden flooring and a massive balcony with a wicker table and chairs, I wish I could bring the room home with me. Last but not least, the staff. They were all polite and cheerful, and always eager to help with any queries we had. Me and my boyfriend will definately be visiting this hotel again

Hotel Review - A good place to stay in central Vienna

This hotel was ideal for exploring Vienna. Located 3 minutes from tram route 2 and the Ubahn & close to the Rathaus (city hall) - especially fun during Christmas market. The hotel staff were welcoming, informative & genuinely interested in our visit. Breakfast was plentiful & good quality & the coffee/fruit available in reception area was a nice touch. Rooms were very clean & comfortably warm for a winter stay. Some might find the bedrooms a little small but everything else about this hotel was so nice that it didn’t matter!
